In Brief:
Ms. Magenheim is Greg Franta's assistant and administrator to the Built Environment team. Her primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day logistics of the entire team and continuous process improvement relative to the team’s business operations. She helps coordinate all active projects for the team as well as facilitating client invoicing, managing subcontractor payment approvals, processing expense reports, and maintaining historically accurate project files and contracts.
Background:
Ms. Magenheim’s diverse background began as a project and translation coordinator for International Language Engineering, a software localization company that translated software and documentation systems into more than thirty languages for world-wide release. She was also responsible for authoring and maintaining ISO 9001 quality documentation pertaining to her team’s processes, in addition to resolving translation or scheduling issues that put project quality, budget, or schedules at risk.
A life-long love of language and culture led her to study at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in Hungary in the mid-90’s. Additionally, Ms. Magenheim worked as a translator for the National College of Public Administration, the premier public officer-training institute in Hungary. She also completed four years of court reporter training and transcribed corporate, legal, and law enforcements. Additionally, she worked as an editor and corporate trainer for the editing team at a Denver based steno-captioning company specializing in real-time editing of quarterly earnings calls in a variety of industries including healthcare, biopharmaceutical, information technology, aerospace and defense, energy, utilities, transportation, and real estate.

Certificate in Sustainable Practices, University of Colorado, 2008 B.A., International Affairs & Central European Studies, University of Colorado, 1996 A.A.S. Business Management, Mesa State College, 1989
