Who we are
The Built Environment Team (BET) transforms the built environment into a sustainable and regenerative global ecology. We’re an international leader in the green building industry and serve as both consultants and a conceptual think-tank to enhance collaboration between all aspects of the built environment and facilitate implementation of sustainable high-performance solutions through collaborative integrated design.
With expertise in energy efficiency, daylighting, and the LEED rating system, we’ve contributed to the design of hundreds of successful projects throughout the world that span diverse climates and building types.
What we've done
RMI designed a high school in Fort Collins, CO, that actively demonstrates key elements of high performance buildings.
Since the high school's completion three years ago it has realized a savings
of over $270,000 that has allowed administrators to redirect funds from
maintenance back to the classroom.
