RMI’s Built Environment Team works directly with developers, architects, and other real-estate professionals to integrate resource-efficient and environmentally responsive design into specific projects. Below are in-depth case studies for several projects that RMI has participated in as well as completed research on. These projects represent the best of “state-of-the-shelf” sustainable design; they provide significant resource savings at little or no additional capital cost.
